The 33 rooms are comfortable and all of them equipped with air conditioning (or heating), safe, TV, telephone, hairdryer, mini fridge on request.

 

More than half of the rooms are provided with balcony. Many, instead, offer only a window unfortunately. That is why for a balcony room the guest will find a small daily fee.

 

Choose the room that interests you most among those found below, however, considering that, according to your specifications, each of them can be prepared with TWIN or DOUBLE beds.

INFORMATION

The price is per room and the treatment is valid for all those people this offer includes.
Access to the private beach (from May to early September) and usage of air conditioning (from May to early September) are included in the price.
City tax ( not included ) will be to be payd in cash upon arrival (€ 1,30 per person and per day from 10 years old and with a max of 10 nights).

Close to our structure (100 meter far), you will find a great and economic restaurant-pizzeria named ALDEBARAN***  looking at the pedestrian precinct (the most popular in the area). You could choose something from our menu!

PARKING : booking on this site the parking place adjoining the structure is INCLUDED in the price! It is not bookable and the availability should be checked at the moment of the arrival.

 

EQUIPPED BEACH:  Booking on this web site it's INCLUDED in the prices and it can be used for a number of days equal to the number of nights booked. It is composed of an umbrella and two beds per room. We ask you to leave the workstations free during non-use hours, avoiding leaving toys or towels to protect the work station.

LATE CHECK-OUT (subject to availability) : On the day of your departure, take it easy!  By paying an additional 30% to the cost of your room, you can keep the room until 15:00 (instead of 10:00). The extra amounts to 50% of the price of the room in case you wish to stay until evening (19:00). You can depart with all calm after a nap or a shower, just ask us!

REFRIGERATOR: most of the rooms are equipped with mini fridge. If necessary, make us a specific request.

PETS: Our hotel accepts that Guests bring their DOG or CAT (or other pets) with them. For their stay there is a small supplement of € 5 / day (se 10/day if medium-large). We would ask, if it were possible, to avoid leaving them unattended in the rooms and this above all to allow the service staff to carry out their activities properly.
Be careful, however, that animals, by order of the Port Authority of Venice, are not allowed on the equipped beach (...between umbrellas and sunbeds, to be clear!!) and in any case are subject to strict restrictions that do not depend on the will of the hotel (which also accepts their stay...). We therefore ask you to understand this particular situation in advance.

We would like to point out that at the lighthouse beach, the last part of the coastline located at about one kilometer away from our hotel, there is one of the free beaches where animals are allowed.

PAYMENTS:  We accept payments with  VISA / MASTERCARD credit cards, cash (within the limits of the law). We do not accept payments by check.

HOW TO REACH US BY TRAIN OR BUS : To get to our hotel by TRAIN, you should stop at Mestre FFSS train station (35 km away) or at San Donà di Piave-Jesolo train station (22 km). You should then take a BUS to Lido di Jesolo bus station, and from there you have bus n. 3. Our stop in stop  35  near Piazza Nember, WEST side of the littoral. The leg takes only 10 minutes!

NEED A TAXI TRANSFER?  : Our hotel do not provide airport transfer services but you are pleased to contact the taxi company writing to the following mail address : radiotaxijesolo@gmail.com

HOW TO REACH VENICE : Just outside the hotel you can buy a ticket (bus + boat / round trip at about € 20.50 per person) and take a bus that in about 20 minutes reaches PUNTA SABBIONI where (from 6:00 in the morning to about 12 in the night / every 30 minutes) it is possible to take a motorboat to get to Venice (from there in about 40 minutes) through the lagoon.
